TRANSAQ presents direct access technology at the Deutsche Boerse representative office

Today, Deutsche Boerse representative office in Russia holds a special presentation devoted to the trading floors Xetra and Scoach. The program also includes online-demonstration of direct access technology via the e-trading system TRANSAQ.
Roman Kirindasov, Head of Deutsche Boerse Representative office in Russia, said that Screen Market Systems is the first Russian company to develop direct access to the Deutsche Boerse.
Andrey Magurov, Chief Development Officer for Screen Market Systems and the builder of the TRANSAQ, mentioned that accessing international exchanges required distinct technological solutions, as compared to the technologies for the Russian markets.
The source of market data is presently Thomson REUTERS newsware service, although in theory other information agencies (such as BLOOMBERG, CQG, TENFORE) can also be available in TRANSAQ.
The direct access is based on the following system components:
| TRANSAQ XGate | The programming module which serves as TRANSAQ server’s access point to the German market. It multiplexes all the relevant informational and transactional services. The immediate connection to the trading system is based on the VALUES API protocol. |
| TRANSAQ RCM | The module for connection and accumulation of the market data from REUTERS Market Data System (RMDS). |
| TRANSAQ ICM | The module for quick derivation of reference data by financial instruments from REUTERS DataScope Select. |
| TRANSAQ rHist | The programming module which serves for automatic derivation of historic data by instrument from REUTERS Knowledge Direct. |
TRANSAQ users possess complete system's functionality for managing orders and margin operations on Xetra an Scoach markets.
