Functional modules

The Platform of the TRANSAQ system contains the Server, the User’s trading terminal and the Administrator’s Interface.

The server assures simultaneous connection of the predetermined quantity of traders, controls over the interaction with the exchange trading floors via specialized access interfaces. This is also the central programming module that assures cooperated functioning of all system components according to the logic of broker-dealer services.

The Trading terminal of TRANSAQ is a specific programming application which offers traders (participants of the stock market) a wide range of cutting edge services for trading with stocks and derivatives on all the available trading floors.

The Administrator’s Interface is a specific application for the responsible representative of the brokerage house. The software allows modifying and controlling parameters of the TRANSAQ system, when organizing broker services on the stock market.

The Technical administrator, also known as Automated working station for Monitoring, or Techadmin, allows performing the monitoring of IP addresses of Users and setting limits for accessing the brokerage account. In other words, this is the Broker’s interface for monitoring and analyzing statistics of client logins, processing of requests, volumes of received and sent data, trading activity, parameters of IP-connections and other relevant information. This application can help Brokers trace possible attempts of unauthorized access to accounts.

TRANSAQ Modules package

Margin trading	The module is intended to control over Broker’s risks associated with margin loans. Its is based on the automatic system of crediting client’s trading operations and real time estimation of client assets / liabilities with regard to current market prices.
News (API)	The module represents a programming component that organizes automatic translation of news from the newswires INTERFAX, PRIME-TASS and THOMSON REUTERS. The service presupposes the function of selective news messaging and setting different access parameters to news for various groups of clients.
Practice accounts	The module gives access to the virtual trading technology, with which the Broker can organize educational and consulting courses for its new clients. An essential advantage of this module is that users have the illusion of trading on the exchange, as the conditions are absolutely identical to real trading.
Asset management	The module includes the option of order placement for groups of client accounts and setting the operation’s volume as percent from the portfolio. There are also means of monitoring analytical portfolios which contain positions of several clients.
TRANSAQ Handy for PDAs	The module is a specific application version for PDAs, smart phones and communicators with stylus, working on the Windows Mobile platform. This gives a fully-featured mobile access to the accessible trading floors via the TRANSAQ broker system. TRANSAQ Handy is one of the best applications on the Russia’s mobile internet trading market.
TRANSAQ Intra	This educational module is developed for brokerage houses and their clients. The service represents the users’ interface which is totally independent from the exchange and can simulate (model) the trading activity of the screen. TRANSAQ Intra is the absolutely analogous to the real trading system in terms of methodology and client services.
English Version	The module gives the full-fledged support of the English language in the TRANSAQ trading system. All text elements of the interface, names of financial instruments and messages from the Server and trading system on transaction processing are shown in English.
TRANSAQ Connector	The module represents an interface between the TRANSAQ server and mechanical trading systems, thus, making possible the realization of proprietary trading terminals. This is our universal programming gateway for external systems.
TRANSAQ SubBroker	The module allows professional participants of the stock market offering broker services without being accredited by the exchange. The subbroker technology is available in stock sections of MICEX and RTS.
MACCESSOR	The module allows building interaction between TRANSAQ server and Broker’s back-office / risk-management systems through the stored SQL procedures. MACCESSOR ensures the transfer of the server’s data and processing of operations, including changes in opening balance in client accounts, modification of parameters, placement and cancellation of orders, messaging between traders, etc.
TACCESSOR	The module ensures data exchange between Broker’s external systems, such as web-server, automated banking system and back-office, via COM technology.
Replicator for databases	The module allows maintaining a reserve data base of TRANSAQ in real time to increase the system’s resilience (fall protection).
Parallel servers	The module allows Broker using two or more synchronized TRANSAQ servers to increase effectiveness and fail-safety of the system. The parallel servers support the function of mutual hot standby.
FIX	The module ensures the connection to the TRANSAQ server of external user’s applications and standard software via the FIX protocol, which is the international standard of data transfer between trading systems and applications. Almost any trading software with FIX gateway can be connected to the TRANSAQ system.
Universal information gateway	The module allows the transfer of any market data from external sources to the TRANSAQ system. The Broker using this service can organize dissemination of any structured market information from any trading floors without transactional access to them.
Cryptography	The module is used for adapting certified means of cryptographical protection of data and ensures the usage of electronic digital signature and X.509 certificates with crypto providers «Crypto-PRO» or «Signal-COM».
