TRANSAQ, the e-trading system for broker-dealer operations, got certification for Plaza2

TRANSAQ broker-dealer software on the base of Plaza2 platform was certified by the Russian Trading System (RTS) for the futures and options market and RTS Standard.

The trading platform based on Plaza2 protocol was first introduced on February 5th, 2010. The official press-release of RTS stated, that the major differences concern the infrastructure of the data dissemination system, the order management and the ODBC technology administration.

Plaza2 realizes the new algorythm for volatility curve calculation on the options market and the developers' cross-platform applications for integrated calculation of the guaranteed coverage and the variational margin.

According to the exchange calendar plan, the market participants are due to launch Plaza2 during one year, or till February 4th, 2011.
